If you haven't already heard our school is having an inspection. This will take place on the week beginning 17th October. You should have had your parent questionnaires to fill in please return them to school. Also there is a parents meeting at 6.00pm on Monday 17th October. This is for you to attend to express your views about the school.
Mrs Jones and Mrs Currie are currently working on the school show Christmas Crackers. The singing sounds grest so far. Don't forget to check if your child has to stay behind after school. School choir is on a Wednesday.
Miss Jones and myself are starting a newspaper club tomorrow. We have chosen volunteers to help write a school newspaper which we will sell to the other children. We are making the most of our very talented children!
Think that's all for now.

Visit to the Gospel Church
Today classes 6 and 7 visited the Gospel Church in Georgetown to look at a bible exhibition. As always their behaviour was excellent. They had the chance to look around the exhibition and answered questions about the bible. We all found out a lot of information and had fun too!
The exhibition is open in the evenings and on a Saturday for the next few weeks. It is well worth going again as there was so much to see!
The church is starting up a Sunday School soon. I will keep you updated!
The school choir started today. It's from 3.05 till 4 every Wednesday for the junior children. I'm looking forward to hearing the songs!

Welcome back!!
It’s the start of a new term and I’m raring to go. I’ve had a great few days so far with my new class and feel privileged as always to have such a rewarding job! It’s lovely to drive into the school and see the children in school uniform, and our new school sign is now up and looks great!
Well done to all the Y6 prefects. I know they will do a good job setting a good example to the other children. Also congratulations to the following…
Head boy – Connor Delaney
Deputy head boy – Ethan Thomas
Head girl – Tabitha Davies
Deputy head girl – Kaci Mills
We know these children will do a good job too! They’re better at remembering things than me!
Remember there is a training day Friday and Monday.
